Looking at computer screens and digital devices has become a big part of our lives. It puts a high demand on your eyes because it makes them work harder. Your eyes see letters and numbers on computer screens different than on paper. Computers use tiny dots called pixels where they are brightest at the center and diminish toward the edges. As a result, your might be experience vision-related symptoms or Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS)

These symptoms can include: tired, stressed, burning eyes; loss of focus; blurred or double vision; shoulder and neck pain, and headaches.

Uncorrected vision problems can increase the severity of Computer Vision Syndrome or Digital Eye Strain symptoms.

Solutions to digital screen-related vision problems are varied. However, they can usually be alleviated by seeing us for regular eye care and making changes in how you view the screen.
